The Client is encouraged to accompany the inspector during the inspection. Most questions and concerns can be addressed on the spot, making the report easier to understand.
As with any structure, there are certain elements that are in need of repair or maintenance. The inspection will address these points, which is the primary function of a home inspection.

The inspection report is prepared for the sole, confidential and exclusive use and possession of the Client.
Over 100 System Components may be reported as satisfactory, minor to serious maintenance, safety concerns, or Not Satisfactory.
You will have a better understanding of the home before purchasing.
